starching the bejeezus out of this riding shirt
attn.: I’m selling this lovely cap because the style is a bit too late for me (I prefer early 1770s, and this is a bit too big) but my loss is your gain!
off white/cream silk organdy, entirely hand sewn in period correct manner, fits all size of heads w/ adjustable drawstring, one layer all around. dress it up with a colorful ribbon and a bow or two over your pompadour for some high late-revolutionary war style! ask if you have questions.
$35 + s/h
BUY THIS B/C I WANT MONEY FOR FABRIC AND THINGS??

there will be a snazzy silk organza 18th century cap, all hand sewn, for sale, in a few days. tell your friends. it’s gonna be big.
friendlings + followers, I am still alive, acclimating to college and waiting for my sewing supplies to ship. I’m also taking a theatre costume class and there is a final project that’s supposed to expand our usual repertoire…. I’m thinking either super modern dress with all sorts of nice accents, a super fitted 1940s suit, a riding habit, an edwardian dress, an edwardian bicycling outfit, some sort of outrageous millinery project…
great great great now i want to make an 1860s fashion bonnet? and i have literally nowhere to wear it
there is literally nothing that i love more than front buttoning riding habits
